Today, as expected, I received a return call from Officer Montano of the CHP. A week ago, Wednesday, Montano called, but in that call the calling line identifiers were not all there; not presented. Instead, we had an "Unavailable" name with a phone number. I did not answer. Today, perhaps in response to communications that I sent to the Attorney General and to the California Department of Justice, the name identifier was "State of CA." I answered the phone. What follows, in blue, covers all that transpired or followed.

He spoke about his assignment due to concerns over the verbiage of my faxed communication.
He went directly to this passage and read it:
"Soon after, insulted, un-surprised but not enraged, 1, by a communication posted on its web-site, asked POST to remove its award-winning tripe from the police-training curriculum. I was promptly ignored. That was almost two years ago. I asked again, but more in earnest, on April 24, 2019 @3:00PM. Now POST is out of time. I have been patient"

After referring him, Montano, to the "Show Cause" section of my communication, I did not
allow the fool to speak anymore. I spoke over the assigned fool, wishing to distract him from
the completion of his errands, while driving home the fact, contained in my communication to
many from last week, that his call from last week (Wednesday) was meant to intimidate. I
interrupted just about everything he said before terminating the call, with all the rudeness that my
soul could summon.
Now, on reflection, I did notice that the jackass did not refer to the meaty issues of the
communication (and I see no indication that the offending lessons have been pulled.) Instead, all
we have is the natural reverting to form; the claim of finding or seeing threat, where none exists.
Is that now what all these things are about?
Perhaps you fine folk will bring an action or a wire-tapping investigation. That is what Detective
Jacob Mosteller, of the SDPD, of the City of San Diego, threatened.
This is not the street, not the highway, and I do not intimidate, especially not when I sit safely behind
a keyboard.
This communication will be converted to a fax, which fax shall be sent to POST, the AG and
Sergeant Timmons of the CHP.
Look out for my certified mail.
I have massive respect for those who change diapers, especially the diapers that are worn by adults; Norman, who changed those of his 96 year-old mother and my wife who changed those of my mother; a proud woman, of who existed without self-awareness for several years.
Are there volunteers for the changing of the diapers of AG, and those of the Joker who runs POST, bed-wetters both? Neither of these guys has anything about which they ought to be proud, and both have proven, or could properly claim, that they have no awareness of anything.

I wrote and sent, just now. It was meant to memorialize a communication that I
expected, as communicated to you last week, one of the worse kind; the product
of flailing intransigent unrepentant racist-bed-wetters. Bed-wetters of the
type that find threats under every bed, in Sacramento grandmothers’ back yards,
or in words of adjuration.
Now do your worst, I am about
to try to do my best to defeat you and all that you, and the likes of you
represent.
You should have discontinued
the training video; decency demanded it.

Had I received, the required data, as requested under the CPRA, POST would have learned that
they were out of time, days ago and my claim would have been supported by the analysis of 1.7
million records, rather than by just under a million. Now, the CA-DOJ is out of time too.
As I said before, reduce the racism and you will receive neither faxes nor emails, from
me; nothing alarming to idiots.
