A simpler title would be "Lies." Sometime within the next 25 or so days, the California Department of Justice will publish something, not something bright or beautiful; something false, or mostly false. The below leads to "alternate facts", facts that may be mistaken, facts that may prove to be wrong (although I doubt it), but facts that are not false.
